आल इंडिया मुस्लिम पर्सनल लॉ बोर्ड ने ‘एक देश एक कानून’को ख़ारिज कर दिया है.रविवार को आल इंडिया मुस्लिम पर्सनल लॉ बोर्ड के अध्यक्ष मौलाना सैयद राबे हसनी नदवी की अध्यक्षता में नदवातुल उलेमा लखनऊ में बोर्ड की कार्यकारिणी की बैठक में स्पष्ट तौर पर कहा गया कि केन्द्र की नरेन्द्र मोदी सरकार यूनिफॉर्म सिविल कोड का इरादा त्याग दे.क्योंकि यह अलोकतांत्रिक क़दम होगा.बैठक में कहा गया कि सरकार आम नागरिकों की मजहबी आजादी का भी एहतराम करे.बोर्ड ने कहा कि मुसलमान का मतलब अपने आपको अल्लाह के हवाले करना है, इसलिए हमें पूरी तरह शरीअत पर अमल करना है. इसके साथ ही बोर्ड ने सरकार से अनुरोध किया है कि देश के संविधान में हर शहरी को अपने धर्म पर अमल करने की आजादी है.एक तरह से ऑल इंडिया मुस्लिम पर्सनल लॉ बोर्ड ने समान नागरिक संहिता पर आरपार की लड़ाई का एलान कर दिया है.कहा है कि इसके विरोध में सिख, ईसाई, दलित और आदिवासी समुदायों एक जुट करने की मुहिम चलाई जाएगी.विरोध के लिए केंद्रीय कमेटी का गठन करते हुए कहा गया कि समान नागरिक संहिता धार्मिक सांस्कृतिक पहचान खत्म करने प्रयास है.इसे स्वीकार नहीं किया जा सकता.बैठक में 13 प्रस्ताव पारित किये गये

बैठक के बाद बोर्ड के महासचिव मौलाना खालिद सैफ उल्लाह रहमानी की ओर से जारी बयान में कहा गया है कि बोर्ड की यह बैठक मुसलमानों को यह याद दिलाती है कि मुसलमान का मतलब अपने आपको अल्लाह के हवाले करना है, इसलिए हमें पूरी तरह शरीअत पर अमल करना है.बोर्ड ने अपने प्रस्ताव में यह भी कहा, “देश के संविधान में बुनियादी अधिकारों में हर शहरी को अपने धर्म पर अमल करने की आजादी दी गई है, इसमें पर्सनल लॉ शामिल है.पर्सनल लॉ बोर्ड का कहना है कि मुल्क में नफरत का जहर फैलाया जा रहा है और उसे सियासी लड़ाई का हथियार बनाया जा रहा है, ये मुल्क के लिए नुकसानदेह है. अगर भाईचारा खत्म हो गया तो मुल्क का इत्तेहाद पार हो जाएगा. बोर्ड ने कहा, अगर नफरत के जहर को नहीं रोका गया तो ये आग ज्वालामुखी बन जाएगी और मुल्क की तहजीब, उसकी नेकनामी, इसकी तरक्की और इसकी नैतिकता सब को जलाकर रख देगी.
कम उम्र में विवाह और पूजा स्थल कानून पर भी प्रस्ताव
बैठक में असाम में कम उम्र में विवाह को लेकर लोगों जेल में डाले जाने का विरोध किया गया और उत्पीड़न न करने की अपील की गई.कहा गया कि यह मामला सुप्रीम कोर्ट में लंबित है ऐसे में कोई निर्णय आने तक कार्रवाई नहीं की जानी चाहिए। वहीं बैठक में अदालतों से अल्पसंख्यक और कमजोर तबकों के ऊपर होने वाले अन्याय और जुल्म का संज्ञान लेने की भी अपील की गई.प्लेसेज ऑफ वर्शिप एक्ट 1991 (पूजा स्थल कानून) का लगातार उल्लंघन हो रहा है.इसको खत्म करने से देश में अफरा-तफरी और अराजकता का माहौल तैयार हो जाएगा.उन्होंने कहा कि तमाम इबादतगाहों और बौद्घ मंदिरों पर भी दूसरे मजहब के मानने वालों का कब्जा है.ऐसे में सरकार ने खुद 1991 में इस कानून को संसद से पास करवा कर लागू किया था. अब इस कानून को बरकरार रखने और उसका पालन करवाने की जिम्मेदारी भी सरकार की है.पर्सनल लॉ बोर्ड ने आगे कहा, “देश में किसी को कानून अपने हाथ में लेने की इजाजत नहीं होनी चाहिए, लेकिन बदकिस्मती है कि इस वक्त देश में ला-कानूनियत का माहौल बन रहा है. मॉब लिंचिंग हो रही है, मुल्ज़िम पर गुनाह साबित होने से पहले उसको सजा देने की कोशिश की जा रही है.” पर्सनल लॉ बोर्ड का कहना है कि जो मकान दसियों साल पहले के बने हुए हैं, जो हुकूमत और प्रशासन की नजरों के सामने बने, कानून के हिसाब से बने, उनको बुलडोज से लम्हों में जमीनदोज़ कर दिया जा रहा है. विरोध प्रदर्शन करने का संवैधानिक हक होने के बावजूद शांति से अपनी बात रखने वालों के खिलाफ संगीन दफे के अंदर केस दर्ज कर लिए जाते हैं.

बोर्ड के उपाध्यक्ष मौलाना अरशद मदनी, मौलाना फखरुददीन अशरफ, प्रो. सैयद अली नकवी, मौलाना ख़ालिद सैफुल्लाह रहमानी,मौलाना असगर अली इमाम मेंहदी, मौलाना फजलुर्रहीम मुजददिदी, मौलाना महमूद मदनी, मौलाना सज्जाद नोमानी, मौलाना मुस्तफ़ा रफ़ाई जिलानी,बरिस्टर असद उद्दीन ओवैसी, मौलाना खालिद रशीद फरंगी महली,मौलाना वली फैसल रहमानी,डा. कासिम रसूल इलियास, कमाल फारूकी, एडवोकेट यूसुफ हातिम मछाला,मौलाना सैयद बिलाल हसनी,मौलाना अतीक अहमद बस्तवी, शमशाद अहमद एडवोकेट,ताहिर हकीम एडवोकेट,डा. मोनिशा बुशरा आदि बैठक में शामिल रहे.

When I originally commented I clicked the “Notify me when new comments are added” checkbox and now each time a comment is added I get four emails with the same comment. Is there any way you can remove me from that service? Appreciate it!
