ARRAH:भारत के रत्न भारत रत्न उस्ताद बिस्मिल्ला खां जी की पुण्यतिथि पर भिखारी ठाकुर सामाजिक शोध संस्थान की ओर से आयोजित कार्यक्रम ‘स्मरण’ में खां साहब के सांगीतिक योगदान पर एक दिवसीय परिचर्चा हुई । स्थानीय बस स्टैंड स्थित प्रतिमा स्थल सह भिखारी ठाकुर सांस्कृतिक मंच पर आयोजित इस परिचर्चा में सर्व प्रथम खां साहब की प्रतिमा पर माल्यार्पण किया गया । इस अवसर पर प्रमुख वक्ता कथक गुरु बक्शी विकास ने कहा कि मजहब से परे हैं संगीत के सुर और बिस्मिल्ला खां की साधना। खां साहब दुनिया में संगीत को सबसे पवित्र मानते है । गुरु विकास खां साहब के जीवन में घटित एक संस्मरण को सुनाते हुए कहा कि विदेशों में बसने का एक अवसर को ठुकराते हुए खां साहब ने कहाँ कि विदेश में जीवन के सब संसाधन तो मिल जायेंगे लेकिन माँ गंगा व बनारस के घाट कहाँ से आयेंगे जहाँ बैठकर मैं संगीत की साधना करूँगा ।
शहनाई पर शास्त्रीय सुरों की स्थापना के लिए खां साहब को हमेशा याद किया जायेगा । पत्रकार श्री नरेंद्र सिंह ने कहा कि शहनाई को मंगल वाद्य के रूप में सभी जानते थे किंतु शास्त्रीय संगीत के क्षेत्र में शहनाई को शीर्ष पर ले जाने का श्रेया बिस्मिल्ला खां जी को ही जाता है । इस अवसर पर श्री अमरेश सिंह ने कहा कि बिहार सरकार को शहनाई व खां साहब की अस्मिता के लिए बिहार में शहनाई की अकादमी स्थापित करनी चाहिए । संचालन रौशन कुमार व धन्यवाद ज्ञापन लोक गायक जिया लाल ठाकुर ने किया । इस अवसर पर विजय बहादुर सिंह, गांधी जी शंकर प्रसाद, अमित कुमार, हर्षिता विक्रम, रविशंकर, सूरज कांत पांडेय, अजीत पांडेय, श्रेया पांडेय समेत कई संगीत जगत के गणमान्य उपस्थित थे ।
